Whatever you want
You already have everything you need. Having what you need isn’t the problem, it’s wanting what you have.
And as far as getting what you want? Well, there’s a trick to that. You have to REALLY want it.
You say you do want it? But you just can’t do it? You just can’t get it? You can’t stop eating doughnuts and M&Ms? Really?
You could, if what you really, REALLY wanted was to eat healthier.
But maybe what you really, REALLY want is just to really want what you THINK you should want. Did you ever think of it that way?
I don’t really know. I’m just thinking out loud today.
